Every person that comes to Complete City Health is treated with professionalism and care. We will ensure that your visit is a relaxed, pleasant and effective one. This is a guide to your first visit as a practice member at Complete City Health.

Your initial visit

A brief questionnaire will be given to you to ascertain your health history.

History and examination

Your practitioner will take you into one of our treatment rooms in which a thorough history check and examination will take place. The chiropractic exam consists of a full biomechanical, orthopaedic and neurological examination. This is required in order to reach a diagnosis and treat your condition specifically.

Treatment

Once a diagnosis of your condition is reached, we will assess if you are an appropriate candidate for our treatment and if we can help you. If our treatment is not appropriate for your condition, you will be referred to the right practitioner - at no charge to you. We always take the time to explain our examination findings, diagnosis and treatment procedures prior to commencing treatment. After treatment is administered, a prognosis will be given for the correction of your condition and a treatment schedule. An at home care sheet will also be given.
